Purple, white & green; the colours associated with Wimbledon, the Suffragette movement & the genderqueer flag. Visually interesting, culturally important, but our tasty take appealed to taste as well as sight.
A prospector tray of Romanesco, purple sweet potatoes & Halloumi was a very tasty dinner.

These fish cakes, amde with smked haddock were utterly delicious, especially under that river of parsley sauce. The childhood trauma of parsley sauce packet mix and “fish” cakes, comprised of 95% potato has been put to rest with these, but peas are always non-negotiable!
