Trust me, the woman of academia are not at all surprised by the number of academic men orbiting Epstein.
Concentration camps: stories of as many as 50 people to a cell — men and women in some cases — with no windows and limited airflow, a single camera-monitored toilet, aluminum blankets, no showers and poor quality food.
This is not a policy quibble. This is a battle for the soul of our nation.
ICE is kidnapping children, murdering our neighbors in concentration camps, & executing innocent people in broad daylight. They must be abolished.

Alex was a kindhearted soul who cared deeply for his family and friends and also the American veterans whom he cared for as an ICU nurse at the Minneapolis VA hospital. Alex wanted to make a difference in this world. Unfortunately, he will not be with us to see his impact. I do not throw around the ‘hero’ term lightly. However, his last thought and act was to protect a woman. The sickening lies told about our son by the administration are reprehensible and disgusting. Alex is clearly not holding a gun when attacked by Trump’s murdering and cowardly ICE thugs. He had his phone in his right hand and his empty left hand is raised above his head while trying to protect the woman ICE just pushed down, all while being pepper sprayed. Also, may I say that I don’t agree with people saying ICE and CBP need “more training.” They’re doing exactly what this administration has trained them to—impose a reign of fear in blue cities. They don’t need more training. They need to be ripped up root and branch.
We are not the first people, or the first country, to suffer under a tyrannical government that does not respect our lives, or our rights.
There is a method for how to effectively resist, and eventually topple, such a regime. We can learn from others who came before us.
