Yesterday, I felt slow like a snail the whole day. But after the yoga class I felt energized and sharp. I am so glad that I found yoga. It is the color in my gray days!

The more you fight your wandering mind, the more it wanders. π§
βThe moment I stopped pushing my thoughts away and started accepting them, they finally settled down. Freedom doesn't come from controlβit comes from acceptance.

Long shore view of wide bay water rippling towards the horizon. Land and sunlight trim the edge where bay meets sky.
As with any challenge we face, we may not know the outcome of our actions or whether there will be any outcome at all. But we have to try. Because it's life. Trying is life. And also in between, so is rest.

Here are the 5 Hindrances in meditation:
β¨Sense Desire
π’Ill Will
πRestlessness and Anxiety
π΄Sloth and Topor
βDoubt and Indecision
I often find myself caught in Sense Desire. Recognizing it is the first step to letting it go. Keep practicing!
βI left this installation feeling that intentional kindness is a necessity, not an option. Extending genuine goodwill to friends, strangers, and all living beings is how we build a more empathetic reality.
Sound are just sounds. Observe them. Release them. Try this during meditation, and you learn the freedom of non-attachment.
Notice how your emotions arise and passβ¦you do not have to get involved with them.
That's the first step of mindfulness.
Before yoga: Feeling lazy.
After yoga: Feeling happy like a jumping monkey.
Yoga feels like breathing life into your spine.
Sometimes my mind feels like a hummingbird β darting around nonstop, buzzing with nervous energy, jumping from one βflowerβ to the next, always chasing the next exciting thing π¦π¨πΈ.
But then I remember: pause. breathe. come back.
Sit stillβ¦ and meditate π§ββοΈβ¨
The mind never sits still β thoughts pop up like mushrooms after the rain ππ, appearing everywhere at once.
Pause. Breathe. Observe. βπ¬οΈποΈ
Let yourself settle into the quiet and simply meditate. π§βοΈβ¨
Body and emotions are deeply connected. Stiff neck, tight shoulders, back painβoften signs of stress. Yoga helps you notice these signals early, before they pile up like a mileage card and crash your system. I learned this the hard way.
Itβs okay to be angry. Itβs okay to feel furious or irritated. π§οΈπ₯
What truly matters is allowing those emotions to existβand meeting them with kindness and understanding. π€β¨
Thank you so much for your feedback! It helps a lot! Wishing you a good day.
My personal story about meditation:

Anger, sadness, and irritation aren't "bad" feelingsβtheyβre just data.
The trick is to accept without entangling. Pause. Take a breath. Observe the emotion. Create a buffer between the feeling and the reaction.

Sometimes, your mind is like a hamster wheel, constantly running.
Stop, breathe, observe.
Meditation is a way to stop this wheel for a moment.
