Jamie Raskin and Joe Neguse just exposed a massive corruption scandal. DHS handed $143M to a "company" with no website and no HQ, tied directly to Noem’s cronies. Follow the money:

Lawrence O'Donnell's scathing attack on Trump and his family's history of dodging service to their country goes way back generations. So DJT & his own children are simply perpetuating a family trait. DNA?

Faithfull grows sombre when shown a clip of herself at 60 declaring that she loved being that age, feeling healthy and philosophical about things. “Now I’m less philosophical. I hate what’s happened to me. Covid did this.”’

Many Americans will wake up to find the “peace president” and head of a “Board of Peace” has begun a war with a country that has not attacked the U.S.
U.S. troops are in danger, many feel unprepared and are afraid. But the world will be safer from…….
the Epstein files.
Safe for everyone.

No better metaphor for what association with Trump gets you than the guys who won Team USA's first gold medal since 1980 being forever remembered as the sad losers who were served cold McDonald's and bottled water at a lunch Trump didn't even bother showing up to.
Sounds like hogwash to me.
IF it is true, why isn't the Govt addressing the MAIN reason for absences ie ILLNESS
Sickness is the highest reason for absences.
Make schools safer = reduce absences.

It's always good to wash your hands, but you can't wash airborne viruses.

Stacked bar chart showing causes of death per 100,000 inhabitants among 30–34-year-olds in Sweden, limited to cancers (ICD-10 C00–D48) with the highest absolute increase in 2023–2024 compared with the 1997–2019 average (top 19 causes). Date: 25 Feb 2026. Source: Socialstyrelsen. The x-axis displays years from 1997 to 2024. The y-axis shows cancer death rates from 0 to 4 per 100,000. Each bar is stacked by specific cancer types. In the late 1990s and 2000s, total mortality from these highlighted cancers generally ranges between about 1.5 and 2.3 per 100,000, with year-to-year fluctuations. Around 2013 there is a noticeable dip, followed by renewed variability through the mid- and late 2010s. From 2022 onward, levels rise more clearly. In 2023 and especially 2024, the stacked total reaches its highest values in the series, exceeding 3 per 100,000 in 2024. The largest contributors across years include: C18 (malignant neoplasm of colon or appendix), forming a substantial red base in most years and rising again in 2023–2024. C34 (malignant neoplasm of bronchus and lung). C22 (malignant neoplasm of liver and intrahepatic bile ducts), shown with diagonal hatching. C25 (pancreatic cancer). C02 (malignant neoplasm of other and unspecified parts of tongue). Other contributors, each smaller but visible, include cancers of accessory sinuses (C31), nasal cavity and middle ear (C30), kidney (C64), vulva (C51), female genital organs (C57), endocrine glands (D44), myelodysplastic syndromes (D46), peripheral nerves (C47), mesothelioma (C45), adrenal gland (C74), diffuse non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (C83), and other/ill-defined sites (C76). A note states that these 19 fastest-growing cancer causes account for 16.8% of all disease-related deaths among 30–34-year-olds in 2024. Ranking is based on the absolute difference between the 2023–2024 average and the 1997–2019 average. Codes R99 and U07 are excluded.
Among 30-34 year olds, cancer and neoplasm related causes of death have been growing at an average rate of 32.5% per year since 2021 (equivalent to a 10-fold increase in 8.2 years if current growth continues).
