Now is the time for all D.C. residents to speak up. I joined 16 of D.C.'s former elected officials to speak out against Trump's abuse of his powers under D.C.'s Home Rule Act. This authoritarian move needs to be met with protest. I'll continue to work with my colleagues to stop this power grab.
