Still from the French animated series Belfort & Lupin. Still captures Belfort (a refined spaniel of the French court) and Lupin (a wild wolf who has wandered off the streets of Paris … somehow.) The series is super wholesome, set in the Palace of Versailles during the reign of Louis XIV. Canonically the two leads are just best friends, but the deeper feelings between the two are palpable, and nothing will convince me that they aren’t a couple deeply in love. Check them out on Prime!
