You truly cannot grasp that your internal bias is a large reason we are in a perpetual loop of fuckery. Where you expect our voices, our energy to elect for your comfort. Over what is better for all of us. And you all wonder why many of us are sitting back, doing bare minimum now.

You fail to hear us when we warn you about a candidate's character, then lament when they prove we are right about them. You tell us in our face you love the fire of Miss Crockett, yet in the same breath say "well Texas will only elect a White Christian male democrat...sigh.

And before any of you asshats come with your Political resumes...save it not interested. I am talking to your ethnic group in general because too many of you claim to want stable leadership. But still back a great white male hope over qualified Black, POC, Women candidates.

Its inherently ingrained bias, that allows you no deeper thought to why its easier to just "accept the fact" that white people will only vote for certain white candidates. No internal push back or courage to say "no I want this better qualified candidate to win."

I mean hear me out White people, close your eyes and imagine a world that tells you, no matter how qualified, experienced or leader focused you are. People won't vote for you because you are white...

This is what you tell Black people all the time as an excuse for why "people won't vote for them."

Its a weird internal deflection White Democrats especially do. The excuse of "well this is what will win in Texas... or even the south/Midwest in general is a cop out. All I ever here when they spout that is... "we won't vote for black people, or do the work to help change our own bias mentality."
