Also the first ever Codemasters game too. The spine number of 1001 indicated two things: in 4 digit spine numbers, first digit was the format (C64 was 1, Spectrum 2 etc) and the release number (so here 001.)

Yeah I've actually been playing with that idea a bit. I'm thinking of transplanting the board into a transparent C64C case.

I think the rationale was that if I'm going to buy a new version of a computer I already own numerous versions of I might as well go "all in" crazy and get the Founders edition that has a limited run.
Hopefully it looks better IRL than it does one some videos 🙂

Same here.. Founders edition, still zero changes to the order status since 12th December 2025. Fingers crossed it changes soon...

This! Be afraid. Somehow Notepad++'s web host got compromised, and the hackers were able to perform a man-in-the-middle attack (of sorts), delivering the wrong update binaries.

The issue has been mitigated by changing hosts, and verifying signatures. If you host files, take note!
