Entirely normal, nothing to see here.
I can't believe I didn't know about this. 😶🌫️
AFAIK, it updates automatically for any object if Auto Keying is enabled.

Immaculate!
Looking at this feels like undergoing the Ludovico Technique.
A typical Temu-esque web banner ad collage in a 3x2 grid: Upper Left: A smaller 2x2 collage grid of a young Asian woman showcasing different uses of a foam pillow. Upper Middle: A mock-up featuring a model wearing a green hoodie with "Scotland" written on it, a pair of white denim cut-off shorts. The model's head is out of frame. Upper Right: A printed throw pillow featuri an image of a slightly exaggerated Black bodybuilder with a mohawk positioned behind a CGI boar laying on its belly. The overall position and composition of these two characters suggests they're having sexual intercourse. Lower Left: A pair of identical printed car seat headrest covers featuring an image of an old woman wearing a red shawl over her head. Lower Middle: A young woman wearing a semi-transparent long-sleeved laced top. Lower Right: A bald man holding a pair of mushrooms (they appear to be boletes) to the camera with a pine forest in the background.
The relatively recent onslaught of automated (?) Temu-esque web banner ads mostly bombards you with unremarkable slop, but today I saw this one (while browsing a site dedicated to historic military aircraft scale drawings, mind you) and I'm at a loss for words. Moved, even.

When you start doing in-camera trickery in 3D, rebuilding the camera itself is the next logical step: www.youtube.com/watch?v=YE9r...
Ah, the infamous Klein pouch.
we have the one artform that allows full audience participation and we use it for mediocre attempts at filmmaking
I’ve always championed the opinion that digital artists (especially those working with 3D) should study traditional disciplines of set design, scale modeling, photography, etc.
A 3D render of Curtiss P-40B modeled by Witold Jaworski as featured in his book "Virtual Airplane".
And here's a render of the finished model by Witold Jaworski. Bravo! 👏🏻
The author's website: airplanes3d.net
(If you're not interested in purchasing the e-book, I suggest you download the freely available finished model an examine the intricate craftsmanship on display.)
The author's extensive experience with physical scale models and traditional techniques provides a perspective that's rarely seen in contemporary 3D software learning materials. I'm constantly in awe of Jaworski's perseverence and patience.
Been reading Witold Jaworski's extraordinary "Virtual Airplane" over the past week. The 1339-page book is a •very• thorough step-by-step documentation of preparing scale drawings, modeling, texturing and rendering a beautifully detailed Curtiss P-40B model.
Came here to post about the same workflow! Found a video from the author of that post: youtu.be/RSkk5MDmfz0?...
Contrary to what some people may lead you to believe, the future lies in efficient, relatively low-powered computers running highly optimised software.
