Our recent 3p playtest of Elseware Express went well! These players are familiar w/ 18xx, Concepts are similar but different, so it felt fresh, but familiar! Card combos went great, it got a little mean but no tables were flipped. Had some realizations when we played I'll talk more on below 👇👇

展示に出展して思ったのは、自分は誰かの日常に優しく寄り添う商品を作りたいということだった。
作品で強く何かを問うたり、提示することへの欲求は、ないのかもしれない。現代アートをやりたいわけではない。もう少し素朴な制作をしていきたいんだと気づいた。

I created a game set in New York’s Hotel Chelsea.
Players look at a paper-craft model of the hotel and infer which writers or singers lived in each room, using clues from locals’ remarks and the objects inside.
3月にコラボグッズ、4月と5月に新作のゲームが発売します。ちょっと疲れているので、一週間くらい休憩したいです。

どの展示も当たり前のゲームではなくて、面白さを再認識するゲーム、新たな気づきを与えるゲーム、発想が面白いゲーム……
とてもおもしろくて、ゲーム理論で定義される"ゲーム"は自分の考えと異なるなと思わされた
2枚目は今回ご紹介いただいたAtelier Mimirさんの「チェルシー・ホテルの芸術家たち」！
他にも3時間財布放置ゲーかまし、牢獄で芥川龍之介『藪の中』を読み、プロパガンダ適性がないことを理解し……新たな気づきがたくさん得られてたのしかった！！
