Solved my problem, self hosted my codebase with Gogs+MySQL into a docker image inside my OpenMediaVault home lab.
It works, but now its the matter of scheduling cloud backups once a week/month but that's a thing for the future me LOL

I'd suggest a Jellyfin docker just for yourself mapping the same folders, the setup shoud be easy enough to experience it.
