There are more and more data every day showing that this is an existential threat to everything ranging from elections to health.

Gold standard in the ‘cozy catastrophe’ genre. The world goes blind, bad timing considering the surplus of carnivorous walking plants. Arguably skimpy on actual triffids, this is a fantastic adventure with modern-day resonance.

I keep watching this because it's so finely tuned. Margaret isn't just interrupting, she has a compulsion. She gives her answer, is briefly relieved that she scratched it, but over time the remorse and internal conflict rise. You see her internal struggle. Subtle comedy!
