Definitely don’t risk an involuntary meatotomy. I’m lucky that I have a lot of tissue to hold in a ring. So much that it has always required some stretching to upsize.

I know gorilla glass is strong, but just the thought of having glass down there makes me uneasy. My 00g titanium nitrile was a custom order from anatometal. I ordered two balls thinking I’d need to replace the first, but I haven’t needed it yet. It has some noticeable weight to it.

LOL. My initial stopping point was 2g, but the urge to go bigger is powerful. Sadly, now that I’m in the large gauges, everything is a custom order, especially for titanium.

I know how that goes. Now that I’m in the big boy sizes, I’m finding that even titanium can get heavy. I just upped to a 000g titanium and it is right at my limit. If I swap out the ball for a stainless one, I can’t wear it for more than a half day. It’s especially ouchy when dry and it moves.

I’ve yet to find a TDR that is comfortable. The seam always manages to move right to the pierced hole and it get irritating quickly. My favorite look is a circular barbell, but for comfort, I go with a nitrile ball ring. There’s nothing that can pinch or scrape.

I love the constant tug, especially when walking around half hard. It really makes my junk bounce and it feels amazing.
