this can often be caused by old, dirty or damaged sensors which are just being a bit shit. Often you just need to get them replaced and everything else will fall back in line (they break very often)

The alternative was when bands or artists would have shows in your town and bring that culture to everyone. I can still remember every gig I went to and the longterm impact some of those artists have had on me. Seeing how they were just regular people made the creative practice feel obtainable.

Growing up in Albury meant you typically needed to head to major cities to experience the things you love and actually submerge yourself in the culture you were so desperate to be a part of.
