There wasn’t a ton of security, so I just took the elevator up to the second floor and voila! a Homeland Security Office. All the doors had keypad locks on them, and there was no one around, but you would never know ICE was detaining people here just looking at the building.
Yesterday I got to visit the Colorado Springs hold room, tucked away on the second floor of the Pueblo Bank and Trust building downtown.

If it passes, Colorado Springs Utilities will be allowed to keep the coal-fired Ray D. Nixon Power Plant running, possibly for another 14 years.
