this shit treatment of artists who use third-party distributors is pretty clearly an effort to push more of us toward tidal's new, much simpler direct upload service which, conveniently, generates *no* streaming revenue for artists + also grants tidal a worldwide, royalty-free license to our work.
i'm still waiting for support on a ticket i opened 3 weeks ago. or, at least i think i opened it, but i can't really be sure, because tidal does not generate confirmation emails or provide correspondence of any kind during 'service' interactions. no case numbers, no ticket ids, no way to follow up.
