Espresso and tang. Lemonade is better don’t waste your time

I made an espresso with lemonade for my wife, and then wondered what would happen if I went even further and used tang. It looks nice albeit unnatural. It was meh, stick to lemonade or coke or tonic or maybe if you have fresh oj or something since that was a thing.

Journaling. I was having issues falling asleep because my mind kept playing out scenarios over and over (and then I’d have nightmares). Idk why but just writing about things like how I felt and what’s going on took that burden off of me and gave me some peace. Meditation also helps too to calm down

Yes. I’ve streamed a little but generally don’t have anyone beyond friends come by. A good way to gauge it would be seeing how far you are from the affiliate application if you’re looking to make some money from streaming

For those who know what pit beef is (which is basically anyone in Maryland) you should get a pit beef sandwich today. My friend, who loved pit beef sandwiches, passed away several years ago, and I try to get one every year on what would have been his birthday.
