The first season of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms was so, so good. It's a smaller story with a narrower scope than anything in Game of Thrones, more down to earth, more character-focused. It's delightful.

Buffalo chicken and onion lettuce wraps! Five leaves of Boston lettuce filled with a mixture of buffalo sauce-glazed ground chicken and diced onion, which also got a little sprinkle of a Mexican blend cheese and ancho. The wraps are served on a blue plate.
