These are the true joys of a “7 out of 10” game—an entry into the medium that isn’t necessarily high-art, but also one that rewards my time and doesn’t insult my intelligence while playing it. It’s a video game that is meant to be “played” not “survived,” and in a gaming landscape chock full of “git gud” Soulslikes or rogue-like grinds, it’s damn refreshing.
