Premiere of Pillion in Bay Area last night. Two years of work and $41 million later the Castro Theater has been spectacularly refurbished to its’ 1920’s grandeur.
Seeing the $41 million refurbished Castro Theater 🎭 to its 1920’s original grandeur was a real treat last night. Seeing my life as a submissive on the big screen done in a respectful, thoughtful and mostly accurate way in the movie Pillion was also moving.

What I nicknamed the “ cat scratch fever project”, while challenging (due to nubuck leather) has ended up being a satisfying, learning and rewarding experience as a bootblack. While not a perfect no scratches visible result the boots do look much better.
