Sadly I have found nothing. I signed up for my phone provider’s “spam prevention” service and it maybe helps a bit. I have the exact same issue. I suffer from mild tiny panics when I see lots of notifications and long lists of red missed calls. Can’t auto block because of semi-regular legit calls.
