Cancer patients shouldn’t be worrying about financial costs of their treatments. The pharmacy cost for a dose of 1( of 5) of my husband’s chemo drugs is $48,000. The administrative costs brings it close to $75,000. Cancer patients don’t deserve this. They should be focused on enduring treatment.

We're in a neighborhood with lots of vulnerable folks. It wasn't clear what type of response we'd have. Overwhelmingly positive. Gives one some hope. There are more of us, I believe. It's January in Maine so we have folks in their slippers with no socks and people dressed for a snowstorm.
