We met Taren of Sugar Cycle at SnowBlast in Emmaus and had to hear how a joke about selling ice cream from a pink bike turned into a fully mobile ice cream tricycle serving handcrafted desserts across the Lehigh Valley and beyond.

Also, randomly, the Indian food at the Trexler Travel Center truck stop in Trexlertown is excellent
