He looks at his opponent off-scree, this fight wore both of them out and by all accounts he should've been the victor. If I was a directing type I'd probably say he's not having the easiest time breathing.

The shot changes to GT Goku looking at the silhouette of his opponent behind the dust cloud clearing up.
