I get that larger cities want a larger tax base, but some things and areas need to be left alone.

My sister is a victim of domestic violence... yet this is the guy she likes. It's mental , sir. We rural people have been brainwashed severely.

I've been saying this for years now. They want that back. They don't understand how black people have anything nice. They see a black man in a fancy car and go " oh, drugs". They want minorities on the back of the bus again, back behind the redline. I've been around these people my whole life.

I've been on social media since it was only yahoo groups. I have never understood why some people want physical access to someone online...

I know they want to get back to " redlining" . ( I had ancestors who were red lined in the 1870 and 1880 census, forced to live where black people were forced to live). They can not fathom how yall are able to afford fancy cars and houses. They want to be able to " push you down where you belong".

After yall.... its one drop rule again. Hate to say it, but i think some black people here don't fully understand what you're saying.

Think about this. I share dna with some Muscogee tribal members from Oklahoma, so much that we figure we had a common ancestor about 1810. We do not know who it could be... we figure he died on the trail, while some of his children got left in Alabama, and the others made it to oklahoma.

I have no clout and I don't want any. It's weird to me that people even care what I say. Even weirder that people " follow " me.

Lower working class American here. Just last week we had : home made potato salad with broccoli and oven baked pork chops, home made chicken and rice with turnip greens, home made tomato gravy and biscuits.

White/Native/African ancestry guy here. My family has always been one of those that are just below the " white privilege " part of things, sometimes having it, sometimes not ( example-- grandmother had 3 uncles who could.not enter stores their other brothers could in the 1930s..)
