From other solo experiences? Its ease of set up is a tremendous plus. It is easy to learn, simple to play but has meaningful choices.

We are having a blast with this one. The Lord of the Rings The Fellowship of the Ring. Trick taking is generally not my jam but since it’s cooperative I figured I would give it a shot. It’s 18 chapters through the first book in the trilogy. We still have 9 chapters to go.

Had a great birthday weekend playing games with friends and family!
Had a visit from a friend last night and we tried out Great Western Trail New Zealand……….oh boy, this game is right up my alley. Super thinky and crunchy! It’s also a game where you don’t know who is winning until the end which is very fun. The scores were so close! Can’t wait to play again!
Played Pioneer Days over the weekend. This is an oldie but we had a good time with it. Fast at 2 players.
