I feel Willow got put in a “make Harley look good until Australia” mission and got awarded the win over Mercedes (not that I really believe that is how it works, it’s just how I feel). Last year I got back into watching regularly in the heights of the return of the Timeless gimmick and since then I’ve been waiting for them to go all in with women’s stories and they haven’t. Great matches here and there, yes. Blood and guts was cool, but it’s not enough.

They dropped the ball so hard with Stat that it still feels like she is trying to find herself. Very little effort in setting her up for success.

At some point being signed by AEW will be kind of like a sponsorship for a wrestling career than an actual opportunity to show up in a big stage. Maybe it already applies to some signed talent.

I feel a bit frustrated by how they are dragging this story between Take and Okada. At this point it’s a well established feud that doesn’t need the belts anymore. Let other guys fight for them, the mid card could use more of those title matches.

ROH could use a shake up. I don’t know if they have plans for Blake Christian, but every week they highlight he is undefeated in ROH singles competition for a year, but don’t book him a title match. I hope the new venue makes them put more effort into booking more consistently week by week.

I think there is also something people tend to not consider that is: what do these wrestlers envision for their careers? Or even: What is happening in their private life that keeps them from performing regularly on television?

I'm hoping Ospreay wins the belt before All In, if the plan is him being a champion on his way into or out of London. Otherwise the Owen will be a bit pointless. If he is in the Owen, I can't see him not winning it. So I'll guess he walks in as the champion against Kenny (winner of the Owen)

I feel she has gained a level of trust the likes of Willow, Stat and Toni have, in the sense that when TK needs a match like that 4 way to be on rails he will book someone like Megan. Being a trusty hand like that means the belt is just a matter of time, maybe they just didn't figure out which one.

Don Callis Family seems to have too many people who could use some kind of push other than Take/Okada/Fletcher, I think the family could still be relevant without these three. I'm all in for a family civil war angle

He's earned some wins. Unfortunately Doyle got hurt so I don't think there are big plans for him.

I can see what you are talking about. I haven't watched much of him either, but the match up with Ishii seemed to highlight more of his qualities than going against someone like Kenny or Darby. I just don't like how Darby's feuds are just him being annoying. Makes his opponents look stupid

I hate when that happens. It's an issue they have with pre taped shows, usually Collision. When it's broadcast live, they handle breaks better.

It's funny when that happens, someone posts something in the wrestIing feed, then someone else post something throwing shade at that post, instead of just trying to have a conversation in the replies. Then the feed just starts going in this back and forth of people screaming into the void.

I felt the meaty story was with Fletcher going back and refusing Okada's apologies and gunning for the International belt, like "oh so you thought you deserved the CC more than me?". It would be a huge match for Grand Slam, I just don't know if Okada is 100% or if he actually lost the belt

Now we need to find people crazy enough to do an Ice Skating Match. You have to not only absolutely brutalize your opponent, BUT ALSO please the judges with how graciously you do that.
