Sekiro is such an amazing game. I have the ability to wipe the floor with regular Genichiro effortlessly, but Inner Genichiro is something else.

My child is in Kindergarten now. My work day started 3 hours ago and I already cannot wait to pick them up from school.

We live across the street from their school so it's like living a dream to walk home from school with them.

What I cared about was that this little girl was separated from her dad who she needed in her life.

The real person getting punished was my student and that's just not fair.

Several years ago when I was working after school programs, I remember one of my students crying at the lunch table.

I asked her what was wrong and she told me she missed her dad who is in jail.

It is my belief that if a parent becomes incarcerated, their spouse and children should have influence over the parent's incarceration.

If a kid says they love their dad, the dad should not go to prison. Community service. House arrest. Literally anything but taking a kid's parent away.

The person administering the drug test is not your enemy. They are just a cog in the machine. You think they're paid enough to REALLY care? They care enough to not get fired lol.

I have had cannabis show up faintly on tests and lab techs have been like "that's good enough."

Lesson: if you find yourself having to retake a pee test because of invalid sample and someone has to supervise your follow up test - ask the supervisor to pee for you.

Shoot your shot. They're also just underpaid lab techs making a paycheck. They are also just checking boxes.

The one and only time I failed a test, they made me redo it because let's say I spilled my bottle of fake pee.

They made me stick around until I had to pee again. Someone was in the bathroom with me this time.

I honestly should have asked the staff in there to be a bro and pee for me.

Nothing is as nerve wrecking for me as taking an employment drug test.

It's not hard to pass. If you fail it's because a horrible accident happened, but cost of failure is so enormous.

I am a union tradesman (apprentice).

When new contract negotiations came through that significantly raised pay for journeymen and apprentices alike, a lot of experienced folks self regulated and were like "Don't slack off. Show our contractors our work is worth the extra pay they're dishing out."

When the conditions are good, workers will oblige.

No one will bend over backwards letalone put their best foot forward if it isn't reciprocated.

But if you're working 4 days a week for 8 hours each day and your pay affords you a comfortable life - you will be more cooperative when your boss comes up to say, "Hey, I'm concerned we may not meet our deadline. Let's pick up the slack a little bit."

They will likely find increased productivity as people have more energy from a 3-day weekend and make better use of time to still meet goals.

Whether it's an office job or construction: people are always lollygagging. No hate, I do it, too.

Management won't crack the whip per se but they will be scrutinizing everything to ensure productivity does not drop compared to the current norm of 8-hour days, 5 days a week.

I think realistic progress towards a work week of the future is working 4-10's and then eventually going to 4-9's to 4-8's while increasing hourly pay to offset reduction in hours.

We will assess the situation and see where we go from there.
