Snek understood the assignment for 2025 January.
One of my pet peeves is when people say tonkatsu ramen - itβs tonKOtsu.
TonKAtsu is the fried cutlet. The βkatsuβ is the crispy onomatopoeia. βKotsuβ means bone - hence the bone broth.
I know itβs easy to confuse but it bothers me so much when food critics get it wrong. Pls.
