Making just women (no uch tests for the men) to basically prove we are considered weak and feeble enough to be considered "women" in a sporting sense is disgusting and degrading.

Currently the law, following the HC judgment says groups CAN exclude trans people but don’t HAVE to.
So any organisation excluding trans people is doing it BECAUSE THEY WANT TO.
The leaders of groups doing that (especially when they are harming children) should be held to account on that basis.
