The targeting of probationary employees was a rumor even before this administration
It’s been impossible to assess the damage to the American public.

….Apparently when accepting a job offer, you can now negotiate an exit package for the event that it happens again. I will be doing this for sure if I’m able to ever become employed again.”

I even had health insurance!! Nothing about this is ok and I have no hope in the system that they're going to ‘make us whole.’ How do you repay someone's hope for a future that no longer exists?”

💔 On Valentines Day 2025 the federal government fired recently hired and promoted public servants.

Mutual Aid:
Developed a crowd-sourced mutual aid page with 150+ resources for federal workers during the government shutdown and beyond
Community support:
13 Saturday food drive

IN TOTAL: collected 2,000+ lbs

Wellness: 30+ Peer support
