How Do You Know When a System Has Failed? We see broken systems all around us. At least, we think we do.

It’s trivially easy for most people to name a slew of broken systems, financial, technological, governmental, and otherwise. But what do you do with a broken system?

Yeah, I agree with Bernie that Dems should do more to support the working class, but wish he would acknowledge how much of a role racism/sexism likely played in this outcome. It seems like a pipeline of “I have no money and I’m mad” to “it’s the immigrants’s fault I’m poor and I want to punish them”

It would be interesting to see how a populist, liberal candidate would fare in an election against a Republican. There’s been such a campaign of misinformation and associating everything even mildly left of center as “communist” that many Americans might continue to vote against their best interests

Sen. Bernie Sanders goes scorched earth, saying "The Democrats ran a campaign protecting the status quo and tinkering around the edges" and that its leadership "are much too wedded to the billionaires and corporate interests that fund their campaigns."
