That's very cool. I've been reading through the information for the basic exam, but I'm not mechanically minding and am not sure I'll be able to pass. Still, it's been fun learning about something so completely foreign to me.

I like the way the bird expands its entire face in order to swallow the fish.

Actually, morse code is still used (often by hobbyists, but probably officially somewhere as well). You can get a morse code certificate to go along with your amateur radio certificate.
