Thinking of getting a card reader for an occasional stall that I run.
AI suggests Square or SumUp. Any thoughts on either?

I'm sure he'll regret this when the NIP letter lands on his doormat
It's amazing what triggers some people.
Earlier this week I looked at a driver for three seconds maximum and cycled on.
He then followed me into a side road, drove straight at me, forcing me to take avoiding action and ride up onto the pavement, calling me a c*** at the same time.
When setting the frame rate on your action camera do you opt for NTSC (60/30) or PAL (50/25)?
General question for those running helmet and or bike mounted cycle cameras.
What resolution and FPS do you use? Does it differ if it's daylight or under street lights?
I'm looking to buy a travel USB hub as my work laptop only has two ports and I need three. At home I use a docking station which has a third port.
I want to buy a branded one, not generic.
Anker or Belkin?
This pothole was originally reported to Merton Council just over two weeks ago.
It doesn't look like anything has been done.
They are aware, so if a cyclist is killed after riding into it, they could be held liable.
Yes, and now removed
Done and now removed.
I've just discovered one of my videos on this YouTube channel. There are 303 videos on there that most, if not all, appear to be lifted from other User's channels.
Check to see if any of yours are on there. Mine had my avatar and channel name cropped out.

Off to Court tomorrow to sit in the public gallery. Should be fun, not.
I'd love to see what the car park charges are when it eventually leaves.
I parked in a multi storey in Croydon but the barrier was up when I left so I didn't have to pay. Every now and then I'd put my ticket into the machine to see what the charges were. It got to over ยฃ500 before it stopped working
Question for anyone that has Type 2 diabetes.
Do you use a pin prick glucose monitor? Do you find this useful? Or is it just something that you can get obsessed with?
I've got Jan 23 to June 25, plus some that cover 22 and I think 21 and 20.
Just had a close second place

I had an 18hr turnaround this week on one report. 9 out of 10 of mine recently are report to NIP in less than 24 hours.
The Met Police had a number of spreadsheets available to download from their website that showed the status of reports made by the public.
Using the link I was given these have disappeared. I've tried searching using various keywords with no success.
What keywords should I use, or what is the link?
Just had a Police Officer call me about a driver that I reported last month.
He might want to call round and take a face to face statement. They're not treating it as a motoring offence, but as a road rage offence.
I was hit by a car driver whilst I was riding my bike on CS7 100m from where this junction is. My incident was recorded as 'Slight' on Crash Map. I needed emergency life saving surgery. The stats are incorrect.
For only the second time I've reported a driver for a Public Order offence, as opposed to a driving offence.
Aggressive middle aged driver with little man syndrome gets out of his car swears in front of children but backs off when he sees my helmet camera.
The full video has now landed, and it doesn't disappoint.
Another excellent production from #MoreThanACyclist

I thought that they didn't offer retraining courses for mobile phone offences.
Looks like either three crept through or the Met has made a mistake on their Jan 2023 - June 2025 spreadsheet.
Yes. Full of bots and knuckle dragging Neanderthals.
Farewell X/Twitter. I'm keeping my account open, but don't intend posting there again.
Apparently I'm an adult ๐
Does the NHS suffer a lot from patients not turning up to appointments?
Over the past year or so, I've made a number of visits to the doctors, hospital and clinics.
I used to get maybe one reminder, but now I get several by email, text and phone call.
The driver obviously wanted to dip their headlights.
