This week is Dining Week, and we had dinner on the Sagafjord. The vegetarian menu included a cabbage terrine with mushroom bisque, Lion's Mane with mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts, and a spiced cake with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. It was delicious!
