correction: making the war into a meme. I guess they do make everything in a meme. Trying to make all the terrible shit they do into entertainment. Some text book Roman empire shit.

I feel 2,5 hours is the average of a 7 draft. Justin might be very effective in getting to the point, and he did his first veto in this draft, and I'm not sure if he has ever gotten vetoed yet.

There are always the depths of hell. They are drilling there, looking for oil. Follow the oil, and that's where they are going.

I feel one of the main reason Trump was elected president was how he got embraced by meme culture from young men. In this term Trump really has made everything a meme. just all the DOGE nonsense was just a meme. And now they are making a world into a meme. This might be the bottom of pop culture.

I wouldn't be surprised if the combined Justin LaLiberty screen drafts episode are shorter than just the Paul W.S. Anderson draft. I think all of his episode are under 2 hours, and no regular drafts are under 2 hours, unless he does them. Even Mini-franchise draft are longer than his drafts.

Ah, but do you know why it used to be in april back in the days? It looks like February dates is more a recent thing. April date is just brutal for media journalist, got to give them a break before Cannes and the summer season.

This was one of the first VHS' I bought back in 1998 when I really started to collect them. I think the first two that year was Murder At 1600 and Navy Seals. No online shopping, we bought what we found in our local store that sold movies.

Why is it almost two weeks later this year? End of February was a good time for the Oscar. Middle of March is too late. I know it used to be later, like in 1998 with was 23rd March and in 1988 it was April 11th. Which is way too late.

Time to watch Netflix second movie called WAR MACHINE. This looks like my jam. Alan Ritchson in a film described as PREDATOR x TRANSFORMERS. With what seems like dash of FULL METAL JACKET or TIGERLAND.

With Scream 8 they should just go full meta, New Nightmare style. The opening kill should be the Radio Silence guys getting killed for killing Dewey. Having a fan trying to make his own Scream film, kinda similar to Scream 5, but you can bring back anyone, except for Wes Craven (RIP).

I only remember liking the ending. I own the DVD, but I can't remember the last time I saw it. I gave it a 6 out of 10 on IMDB. So there is a big chance I only liked the action. But Tim Roth and Stephen Rae as the villains, and Catherine Deneuve? Hard to make that unwatchable.

Do you like the 2001 where they rip off the ending of Once Upon A Time In China, with stunt choreographer from Xia-Xian Xiong?

I was listening to this weeks Screendraft's episode, and they discussed 9 to 5, that reminded me that not much has actually changed since the 80's. There has been progress, but right now Trump is doing everything to put us back. Every 8 year is a few steps forward, or a few steps back.

I also had hope back then. Hope that things would be better. Now I'm just worried that everything will be worse everyday.

On the other and the 2000s was probably just as awful, but the lack of social media and not being terminal online all the time, ment that we coudl easily ignore George W. Bush's war on terror and creating the patriot act. It was there, but I just didn't have time looking into the void all the time.

It's also got Juju Chan and Veronica Ngo in the cast. A killer cast, just worth seeing for that.

"Friends" is a beloved American sitcom that aired from 1994 to 2004, following six young adultsβ€”Rachel, Ross, Monica, Chandler, Joey, and Phoebeβ€”living in New York City. The show explores their friendships, romances, careers, and personal growth over ten seasons.

I'm surprised how violent, brutal and dark the new pirate film THE BLUFF is. Priyanka Chopra Jones and Karl Urban beats and stab the shit out of each other. It's pretty much a Die Hard with pirates, and also a hidden badass film about an ex-pirate. There are some good violent action, but much else.

It seems like most people missed JJ Perry's new action film last year AFTERBURN. It was better than I thought. It lacks depth, character and story, but there are some good action and stunts. You got Dave Bautista and Olga Kurylenko dodging bullets, motorbikes, tanks and Daniel Bernhardt.

This is such a fascinating conversation, because the bedrock of modern civilization was the ancinet greeks and philosphy. All before we got Christianity, and they had to deal with people believing in greek gods! We had morality long before Christianity, and we don't need it. But we need empathy.

I wonder how this films license is with Netflix, and if it will run out like it did with Hush. In December it will have been 10 years on Netflix.

Andrew Kevin Walker started to write it in 2007. I'm not sure why he kept it there. Already back in 2009 different directors like Eli Roth was attached to it.

That might be because 4k came about 10 years after 4k, so studio might decided to skip HD. We are 10 years after 4k, and this seems like the last physical format in the forseeble feature. Maybe we will get something new in our lifetime, but perhaps all will go digital. And is there point in 8k?
