South Mountain Unboxing
Check out this beautiful production, part of Worthington's Civil War Brigade Battle series. It features low rules overhead, almost no exclusive rules, and beautiful components.

This is my entire interview with Francisco Ronco excerted from my recent audio podcast. This is full video, so enjoy actually seeing Francisco!
Is that Westphalian ham? Iβm eating that sandwich.
Damn. Must buy.
Iβd rather read that than reread White Noise.
I can see Trump sacrificing lives to save his own skin. But shame on the Republican congressmen and senators. Spineless.
A long read from me today, about the delicate task of designing respectful historical board games. Massive thanks to @amabel.bsky.social and @colewehrle.bsky.social for talking to me about their design approaches. www.wargamer.com/board-games/...
There were/are plenty of cis het kids who feel they live on the margins as well. Just because they donβt value the same things the mainstream does. The kids listening to βweirdβ music, or reading 19th century books all the time, or dressing differently. There are many ways to live a liminal life.
Hello! I am a trans journalist looking to speak with trans kids and parents of trans kids across the US who have been impacted by the clinic closures---please get in touch or share!
Maybe they will make lampshades out of their skin as well.
Screenshot of text: First, itβs a mistake to say that Trump got America into war on Saturday. What he did was respond to a war that Iran has been waging against the United States since 1979.
Cool hey did anything happen *before* 1979 between the United States and Iran

Episode 50 was Jose Neva, this latest episode, 52, is with Francisco Ronco. I'm clearly in the pocket of Big Spain Wargaming.

I have it as well but have only played it solo so far. Sergio is going to be a guest on my podcast soon. We are just working out whether to do it live or not. Heβs not sure his spoken English is up to it. His written English is perfect. Iβll be happy either way.
It's always great to see which game you choose for a battle. Sometimes I own it and like hearing your thoughts. Sometimes you inspire me to buy a new game. And sometimes I wish you'd chosen a favourite of mine, but I like comparing your experience of gaming said battle to my own. All good.
Battle Commander, Primosole Bridge, Neither King Nor God in fulfillment, Quatre Bras 1815 / Wartenburg 1813 handed over, ...no time to lean back, no, Sir!

Pete Hegseth has got to have the smallest dick on the planet.
Iβm pretty sure they havenβt announced those yet, but perhaps theyβll post a pdf of the new rulebook or a list of changes/improvements. That would certainly help owners of a previous version decide if they want the new one.
I'm a huge fan boy of this series as well. So much so, that my incessant posting about it has made me an acquaintance of @drcrossbows.bsky.social , even if it was somewhat against his will.

I want to rewatch it as well. I remember it as an excellent film.
If these guys had even the tiniest shred of capability for self-reflection theyβd realize they were used as props by people who are literally putting words in their mouths but alas

Ack! Typo! I WOULD NOT buy them. Never.
Bingo. Iβve never sold a review copy, but I do use them for giveaways. When I managed an indie record stores, we also had a used section. When someone would come in with punched play copies to sell, I would buy them. And Iβd think the seller was a dick.
Itβs hard to ignore advice about not making something you love your work. As a younger man my passion was music, both playing and collecting. Then I managed a couple record stores. I definitely became much less of a fanatic about collecting and discussing music after I left.
Done. Looks very cool.
