A new paper from our lab has just been published!

Excited to share new work led by the amazing Dasha Sandra, a PhD student at UofT. We tackled a tricky problem: mental health awareness can reduce stigma, but it can also cause healthy people to falsely self-diagnose. /1

Really disturbed seeing my high school do this.
If you have or have had Tri-Council funding you, too, may be concerned about this Parliamentary Committee request for confidential data.
Also, these clowns asked for 5 years of data on applications from everyone from MA students to Canada Research Chairs in... an excel spreadsheet. 15 days notice.
A thought-provoking video essay about Canadian racism. Kudos to my sister Emma Chang-Kredl for this video!

In a new paper, my colleagues and I set out to demonstrate how method biases can create spurious findings in relationship science, by using a seemingly meaningless scale (e.g., "My relationship has very good Saturn") to predict relationship outcomes. journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/...
๐ New paper about single people's dating experiences is out!

This week weโre highlighting a publishing by Kredl et al. that found that individuals lower in self-concept clarity find it more challenging to navigate partner selection and reported dating incompatible others more often.
Yay well done Travis!!
Congrats Alex!!
Some of the collages that I contributed to the project:
Supervised by Dr. Elizabeth Brulรฉ at Queen's University, two other students and I engaged in a collective discussion about using art as a form of anti-colonial pedagogy.
I have been working on a project called "Art, Heart and Pedagogy for Social Change" for the past couple of years and I am so excited to see it as a published paper!!
