You know the US is nice. I mean, mostly…erhm well large swaths are nice, right? Okay, maybe not large, but focused? Yeah, definitely we have some…concentrated, focused parts that aren’t filled with rubbish human beings. Definitely. Mostly definitely. Yeah.
My fixed rate mortgage payment has increased by 25% over 10 years due to insurance premium increases. That’s money I could be spending on upkeep and improvements to maintain or increase the value.

Yes! I didn’t have much expectation going into it other than it knowing others recommended it, so I was very pleasantly surprised.
