Oof. That’s all of Lord of the Flies watched. Beautiful beautiful beautiful. I mean, obviously it’s terrifying but the acting, cinematography, storytelling… Exquisite. Painful. Brilliant.

I watched Train Dreams on Netflix last night and it is firmly embedded under my skin now.

It keeps coming back to me. Such beautiful storytelling and exquisite cinematography. A story of love and grief that is powerful but gentle.
