The fact i woke up this morning expecting to be in portland right now and ended up in San Diego really is something
shut the whole station down imo. If they have a 5-7 min timed transfer window in San Rafael every time i’m ok with it although i think it’s still shitty to late night riders who’s trips are not replaced by smart and the people going to SF from bus pads in south marin who now have to transfer
15 min 101 is at weekday peak only. They’re counting on people not to realize this
yeah the plan is shit and the lack of more concrete details about transfers indicates to me that they are not well planned
looks good on the surface but the devils in the details and the details are all bad
it’s an awful plan. SMARt will still be every 64 at best on weekends with buses into SF every 30 so connections will be variable and could be up to 30 min waits. Marin city also looses direct service into SF and S Marin Bus Pads loose all regional services.
