Since one of my best friends moved to Tokyo, I've found one thing I can really hold onto as a silver lining whilst he's gone.
I'm a frequent insomniac and when it all gets too much and my anxiety and depression wins over, I can flick to a world clock and think about what he's doing.
If I cannot personally stroke Norm, I could think of no better Theo to pass the honour on to.
