This ‘living fossil’ sat on the ocean floor for years before anyone realized what it really was.
I feel we cartoonists say it so much that it becomes like white noise but it’s true, comics are so fucking hard to make. It shouldn’t be especially when you look at the payoff a lot of times but it’s too late for most of us to kick this infliction. General “keep going” to all my people.

Good piece from John at DTT. The high street newsagent already feels like a thing of the past. This is obviously not good news for the last vestiges of the traditional method of UK comics delivery.

I was simply worried that we'd be fucking with future TCJ interviews unless we made it clear that the subjects of said interviews wouldn't be messed with later, more than anything else.
I owe Dunbier a debt for once warning Alan Moore that we'd just posted excerpts from his Gary Groth interview in our Audio Archives. Moore complained to Groth, who asked me to pull it... which was GREAT, as I wanted Gary to ask for permission from the beginning, and which he always did after that.

Thomas Keith @iwasnevrhere_ The Pentagon has burned through so many missiles in the Iran exchange that Trump is dragging Lockheed and Raytheon CEOs into the White House like a failing factory boss demanding overtime. The military admits the Iran strike consumed more long-range munitions than 4 years of Ukraine. Trump is posting fantasies about "unlimited supply" while Raytheon can barely promise to "eventually" reach 1,000 Tomahawks a year and the Pentagon only budgeted 57 for 2026. The industrial base is so hollowed out they're threatening contractors with punishment if they don't ramp up, even though the system physically can't produce at wartime tempo. America just showed the world that one regional confrontation with Iran drained decades of planning assumptions.
