I also just don't care about sourcing things on social media. If you think I made it up, that's fine by me.

Also a question for you on this because I am out of the loop on the issue. Is the USS Foster no longer serving this function? I thought we had one of those SDTS still going.
I'm gonna bother some staffers about this issue
And it might be the most normal 10%
@mikeblack114.bsky.social have you seen the latest Konrad post? Even by his standards it's fucking insane.
They're calling it the CDAO Craig Martell special. Senior leadership via bad Internet and microphone Teams.
Two of the load-bearing debates among faculty during my time there were "are we allowed to fail students" and "are we allowed to give students grades below a B" if that begins to explain any of it lol
People need to divorce visions of a crash from the idea that something isn't impactful. It can both crash and be hugely impactful!
NDU is already in shambles so it's tough for me to imagine it getting even worse, but here we are. It already can't consistently churn out officers that understand war to be a political act lol
Emma Ashford jump scare why do you do this to me
You really don't want to find yourself on the Briahna Joy Gray scale.
Never understood how Matt existed in that world for so long. I guess the Bernie staffing had to go right one singular time.
Didn't realize I went over word count and lost a bunch, oh well
In a lot of defense/war fighting scenarios the output isn't the most important part. It's the work that real people did to get to that output that will be valuable when shit hits the fan. If an AI system can't understand and explain how it got to a certain output, it's of little use.
If we play things right we could really have a counterintel golden age after this whole mess
Ndu never beating the allegations. I really fucking hated that job lol
You aren't saying "unleashed" enough. Gotta up those numbers. Probably why you aren't very innovative. Sad.
No shot, he's busy doing profiles in courage
Offensively bad book, and boy do people in our profession love it lol
If you run around in defense tech circles unfortunately you know this guy. I'll give him credit for one thing, excellent signpost for who is just kinda stupid
While war is one of the most complex human endeavors, the very simple "reach farther than other guy helps big" remains remarkably consistent.
I realize this is beneath me but the difference in Sean's LinkedIn photo and what he looks like in person is just insanely funny. Incredibly fitting.
One day I'll finish writing the piece I have in mind about this.
This is one of the main points I disagree with you on. I think bottoming out is an essential piece of American renewal (which we needed since long before Trump). If we have any hope of righting the ship, this was probably necessary.
****This might all be pure cope****
Seems like it will be an incredible tool for early detection and other similar medical applications.
What do I have to fear from said people? I'm not a wedding...
I just find any Mike Black on the gao and send them stream of consciousness hate mail. I'm going for mass not precision.
Defense space is especially grim, glad you guys got something new started.
+100000 Still a bunch of people in the business who oppose these arrangements. Poles trying to make Javelin, this whole mess, etc etc. Dems talked a big game on allied scale and still never kicked down the door on this shit. Really frustrating to experience.
