All I can think is that he is demanding to do it himself so no one else sees it. And of course he has no idea what he’s doing (just like with the orange bronzer)

I agree. But I don’t see how that’s possible. The risks and sacrifices are minimal for me (white, retired, not disabled, not caring for kids/parents, have the money to travel to DC if needed, am a US citizen, etc.) but that’s not true for most of my fellow citizens.
