I distinctly remember this because I used that exact render of Toad on a “book cover” for a Mario fan fiction I wrote when I was in high school.

Currently replaying Resident Evil Requiem, and holy crap, I missed an ENTIRE SECTION of Raccoon City in my first run! (the route that takes you to the fourth BSAA container)

This just solidifies how awesome the map is. As memorable as Rhodes Hill in its own ways.

Highlight of the whole game for me is probably the basement sequence. Just a nerve-shredding section that fills you with dread from the very start and never lets up.

The Girl is truly the stuff of NIGHTMARES.

The Switch 2 version really is an impressive technical accomplishment. Very little compromise was made bringing it to the system. A testament to the hardware and Capcom’s programming.

So glad it was available on Switch 2. It only feels right for a Leon entry to appear on Nintendo platforms.

Finished Resident Evil Requiem today. Switch 2 play count says it’s 15 hours, which makes sense given my number of Game Overs (there were plenty).

Certified banger of a game. Easy to see why it will be regarded as one of the best in the series.

I think I’ve finally settled into the mechanics of Mario Tennis Fever. The competitive end could definitely stand for some fine tuning (drop shots and certain rackets seem a little busted). But as an arcade sports title, this game is really fun. An impressive amount of content.

Been playing Ocarina of Time on NSO lately and got a better look.

I really liked having both hands so close together to use the analog stick and the A/B/C buttons. Felt very tight and connected.

Skyward Sword and Echoes of Wisdom both flirt with that third spot sometimes, though.

We had a blast working on this. 40 years, the 40 greatest moments in The Legend of Zelda, as determined by the Zelda Universe staff.
