Too much going on, health checks being demanded by my GP this month...other important things going on too and i'm just all over the place feeling tossed around. :(
I feel so stressed but i'm agitated that they DEMAND or I don't get my meds. I need my meds to keep my head straight and pain level.
I don't know anymore...it feels like i'm being held together with rusty staples...maybe i'm better off gone.

Holding myself together by a thread every day wears it thinner...
I need help.
I will get help.
Even if it kills me.
I love unconditionally, loyal to a fault, protective of my loved ones and friends, close folks, family...but I need to be better. I'm letting people get to me, letting people press my buttons more and I can't control my actions. Yet it seems all my buttons are already held down, so any more hurts.
I'm hurting others. People I love. Restraining from impulsive, almost violent and territorial feelings and actions when I feel threatened. I need help. I'm sorry.
I don't want to lose who I am, that fiery little ball of anger, but I want to be a better ball of energy and impulse.
I was raised to keep my anger high, walls and defenses higher - and attack if there was any weakness to back people off of me. Years of abuse, bullying, stalking online and IRL issues have led to me being uncontrollable, self destructive and outwardly aggressive. Even in playful ways i'm aggressive.
I'm going to be seeking more intensive therapy (DBT) for my BPD and other issues, I won't lie - i'm scared.
Anger has been my main tool for keeping myself safe, at arms length from everyone so it hurts less when they leave, or if I scare them away...it feels less of a burden.
I'm...scared.
