Oof. That push/pull of feeling guilty that downloads have dipped on the pod because I've been pretty quiet on socials for the last month or so (yay wedding!), but feeling exhausted at the thought of having to Get Myself Out There after a hiatus. Why must social media feel so mentally taxing?
