I'm guessing that's because the game is openly labelled as a GF x KT joint, whereas GF is pretty much never involved in spin-offs at all (except Pokémon Quest that they developed themselves). That and the fact it likely had 10 times the budget the usual Pokémon spin-off has 😅

Finished (Super Mario World 2) Yoshi's Island the other day. Really fun game, with catchiest result screen music. But boy, am I glad rewind was there to save my sanity, made really fun hunting for all those collectibles (instead of a massive pain :D).
