🔵 Decentralized and people-centered land governance through participatory planning and policy reform can create truly responsive climate transition policies.

🔵 Tenure rights and secure tenure are essential for just transitions. Weak or insecure tenure rights can compound adverse impacts of large-scale transition-linked investments. Secure tenure empowers communities in advancing climate action, self-determined development, and safeguarding their rights.
